Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(L&C)?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 141(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSB 141(L&C)? YEAS: 16 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Excused: Donley, Jacko Absent: Frank, Kerttula and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendments, thus passing HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(FIN) "An Act relating to workers' compensation coverage for certain high school students in uncompensated work-study programs." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(FIN) was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
